Any products exhibiting defects or poor workmanship will be replaced or a refund will be issued upon receipt of the defective item at Keepsake Factory. All returns must be authorized within 5 days of receipt of the item by the customer and accompanied by a Keepsake Factory return authorization number. Return authorization numbers can be obtained by contacting the Keepsake Factory at the (510) 792-0192. Determination of defects and workmanship will be at the sole discretion of Keepsake Factory as will the decision to replace or refund. No return authorization can be given without the original sales order number.
