We can not be responsible for late delivery due to weather or other carrier delays outside of our control. Personalized gift items can not be returned except for errors on our part. Out of stock gift items may take up to two weeks for delivery. Customers will be notified of any out of stock items and projected delivery prior to order acceptance.
UPS does not ship to post office boxes, such shipments must be sent by USPS. Keepsake Factory may ship by other carriers (Airborne, Fed Express or DHL) at standard UPS rates at its convenience. We can not be responsible for weather related shipment delays.
